About me

With over a decade in the fitness industry, I have dedicated my career to helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. Holding Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Certificate IV Nutrition (2023) Women’s Coaching Specialist (2023) Menopause Coaching Specialist certification (2024), I specialise in working with peri and menopausal women, guiding them through the unique challenges of peri and Menopause.

My coaching style is honest, holistic, science-backed, but supportive. I believe in creating a space where women feel heard, empowered, and equipped with the right tools to navigate their health and fitness with confidence. By combining fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies, I help women manage hormonal changes, build strength, boost energy, and improve overall well-being - so they can thrive, not just survive, through menopause and beyond.
